Africa Skills Hub Foundation and the Mastercard Foundation are partnering to implement the BRIDGE-in Agriculture Program, aimed at building resilience and investing in the development and growth of entrepreneurs in agriculture.
The BRIDGE-in Agriculture program provides access to affordable finance and business development services to young entrepreneurs operating SMEs in agriculture and adjacent sectors to foster financial inclusion and reduce inequalities.
Program Eligibility:
1. Applicants should be residents of Ghana and residing in the southern and middle sectors.
2. Between the ages of 18-35 years.
3. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
There are eight modules for participants to choose only one (1) from to be trained:
1. Social Media Masterclass for Agric Startups
2. Starting Agribusiness (Start-A-Biz)
3. Entrepreneurship and business development
4. Financial literacy
5. Sustainable Agribusiness Management
6. Climate Smart Agriculture
7. Employable Skills
8. Empowering Women in Agric

Application Deadline: Progressive. There is no definite deadline for application. Interested applicants can, therefore, apply anytime to join any available cohort for the trainings. However, it is important to note that it is better to join early cohorts than wait since the project could end without warning.

The MasterCard Foundation is involved in several philanthropist projects in the country. The foundation offers several scholarships to students in tertiary institutions in several countries.
MasterCard Foundation does not discriminate against applicants anyone on any basis like tribe, religion, sex etc.

Though the program is expected to train applicants to boost their hands-on skills that will enable them to succeed in their field, applicants can equally use the knowledge acquired and certification to improve their job search.
