When will the School Placement be Released 2023 According to Education Ministry.
As West African Examinations Council maneuvered to Released the Results of Basic Education Certificate Examination, it became mandatory for Ghana Education Service through Ministry of Education to finalize the placement processes.When will the School Placement be Released 2023 According to Education minister?
Well, GES as a vibrant body has instituted a Board to function in connection with The Computerize School Selection and Placement of students into Senior High Schools ascross the country.
However, it is incumbent upon only The Minister of Education and the Director General of Ghana Education Service to handle Placement into category ‘A’ Schools.
The Deputy incharged of Free Senior High Secretariat earlier stated that, all the neccessary steps are taken to ensure the placements are released. They are doing clean up exercise to eradicate errors of all kinds. There are instances where a male name is exchanged with a female student and the vice versa.
She husten and added that at this crucial time, most effective and consistent measures have been put in place to significantly reduce these sudden occurrences or abnormalities.
The Public Relation Officer to Ministry of Education, Mr. Kwasi Kwarteng was interviewed on TV live news on 30th January 2023 about the challenges that led to the delay of this years placement. The host who happens to be Mrs.Roselyn Felli asked Mr. Kwarteng to give specific date in which the school placement will be ready because more than enough time have already been wasted.
When will the School Placement be Released 2023 According to Education Ministry.
Mr. Kwarteng said within the few weeks of February, the placement will be released. He therefore advised parents, teachers, students, concern stakeholders and the entire public not to feel hesitant to exercise patience as the system on folds towards releasing of the placement.
He added that, scammers are using fraudulent means to drain monies in the name of offering placement.The public should be careful to be victimized.
He also concluded by adding that, due to time factor, it is more prudent that parents and guardians provide the needs of their wards as they wait for the placement.
