A fully grown man visited a hospital for vasectomy to be conducted on him with the idea that, he would not want to have children any longer. This plan was thoroughly discussed and well understood by both couple.
Às usual, the recommended date was dew and this visionary man walked with confident and majesty into the hospital. Just like a spike of fire, the permanent form of birth control was done after the man was educated effectively on all the possible consequences of it.
Afterwards, this man was advised to stop the use of any form of contraceptive since his sperm ducts were permanently blocked. Surprisingly, few months later, this family planning method which is considered 99percent efficient disappointed the couple. All of a sudden, the woman started exhibiting “early morning sickness”.
After pregnancy test was conducted, the woman was two months pregnant. This created anxiety in the family. The man desperately revisited this hospital and confronted the medical doctor who masterminded his vasectomy.
Per subsequent examinations, it was perceived that, the surgery conducted early on failed out of errors. This man did not let it end there but rather filed a case against the medical doctor in the law court. Every thing happened on favour of this complainant.
The court therefore passed its judgement against the doctor spelling out that, the medical doctor should financially take care of this pregnancy until birth.
