The controversial long awaiting GES Promotion Results for 2021/2022 has created wrong vibrations and frequencies in some participants.
According to rumors, This year’s results was intentionally mimicked to suit two main objectives:

Looking at the logarithms used in calculating Promotion benefits, one can attest to the fact that, promotion to ADII is the only scale one can get 300ghc plus added to his or he salary. Apart from ADII, all the other ranks usually Will earn you less than 100ghc.
Due to this, more attention was given to those promoted to ADII. Why because, one person Promoted to ADII is needed to pay three people promoted to ADI, PS, DD etc. The hidden truth is that fifty thousand (50,000) teachers were successful to ADII but based on funds, the numbers were drastically reduced to suit the quoter given to the regions.
2. As at now the promotion exams results are not on either GES website or NTC website. This was done purposely to avoid bloating. However, per my understanding, the only thing one who was unsuccessful can do to be part of the list is to push for his or her name to be part of the master list.
After the master list is produced, changes will hardly occur unless from source. Be very careful too when dealing with a third party. you must only follow one you can trust even though it is not easy but it’s possible. Apart from that kindly reregister and write the it the next time.
