GES Message To All Schools About Easter Break.
GES Message To All Schools About Easter Break. The message reaching our door steep confirms that, Ghana Education Service Under the ministry of Education and leaderships of Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum and Dr. Eric Nkansah collaboratively are knocking at the doors of Senior High Schools and Senior High Technical Schools across the country.
As a matter of fact and immediacy all the Schools are to comply to this new adjustment; The confirmation carries a message of a reminder to Heads and the entire Management team of SHS and SHTS. According to GES all students of the second cycle institutions must be allowed to go home by Thursday, 6th November, 2023. Per the letter, there was no specific segregation in terms of single track schools and double Track schools. Regional and District Directors are to send the notification to the various schools in their Regions and Districts respectively.
What GES is not aware of or has forgotten to add is that, most of these students have already left school a week before they pen down this letter (3rd April, 2023, Monday). Strategic plans must be formulated and their implementation well surpervised in order to achieve the quality and standard we expect from our Schools.
Meanwhile, Marriage couple especially the female counterparts have started grumbling and mamamering about the occurrence of the Easter break. They wished it was canceled. The unfortunate part is that, marriage women are scared anytime second cycle institutions are on break especially during breaks. They have tested and proven the fact that, during periods like this, husband shed their responsibilities and refuse to come home as they used to do. Some even spend days or more outside their matrimonial homes. How can GES and you the one readding address this issue. That is the problem we all pretend not to know. Asem oo.
