A 16 Years Junior High School Graduate in Critical Condition after aborting 8months old pregnancy.
On Tuesday, 26th June 2023, a Graduate of Junior High School by name Maa Adwoa from Upper West Akim District of Eastern Region put herself into a mysterious problem.
Maa Adwoa got pregnant and confidently carried the pregnancy for a 8 good months. No one knows what happened to this girl later. She got change of mind and didn’t want to keep the pregnancy anymore.
She communicated earlier to her parents about her decision not to carry the pregnancy any more. Her parents warn her against any harm to the pregnancy. Later on, Maa Adwoa visited a herbal doctor and bought a concoction of GHC400. No one knows how she got that amount of money to buy the drug.
Prince reported on Nyankonton- Rainbow Radio 87.5fm that after buying the concoction, she hid and took the drug. After taking the drug, she started experiencing severe abdominal pains accompanied by serious bleeding.
She came out from the room and lied on the floor and was screaming seriously. She was rushed to the hospital on a motor bike. They initially called for ambulance but was informed the ambulance in the area was broken down. She was first taken to Adeiso hospital but was refered to Nsawam government hospital due to the severity of her situation.
Information reaching us depicts that, she is responding to treatment. The sad news is she has lost the baby.
