8 dead,1 missing after boat Capsizes at Weija.The sad news today indicates that, Yesterday, a boat carrying 12 students capsized mysteriously after the students closed from School.
Per the narration, the actual boat which normally carry these students was faulty. As a result, a thirteen years old boy with a smaller boat tried to convey this students. As he was paddling the boat, he hit a wave and the boat capsized. Eight of the victims were mentioned dead, one was missing while Three survived. Among the three, one has been admitted in the hospital for treatment, one is at the police station to aid the police in their investigations while the other girl was freed to go home.
These innocent students have Their ages ranging from one to thirteen. The thirteen year old girl who maneuvered to survived narrated the story to joy news. Speaking to the assembly, the issue of students crossing rivers to school can not be avoided at all looking at where the community is located. Ever since the issue has occured, NADCO is yet to appear. This is very sad.
