I had a stroke.
I woke up one morning and felt like my surroundings were flickering and my hands and feet were tingling.
I was hospitalized. Diagnostic results:
high blood pressure, thick blood, ruptured blood vessels in the right side of the brain.
Why did I have a stroke when:
– I exercise regularly
– that I don’t smoke,
– I do not drink alcohol
– I don’t go to bed late?
The real cause discovered was amazing and simple:
I wasn’t drinking enough water!
So I want to remind everyone of this: Remember to always drink water so that the body does not lack it!

The body needs it every day on a regular basis. When traveling, bring water to drink. There are people who say that drinking a lot of water often makes you go to the toilet to urinate.
My answer is… It’s better to go to the TOILET often than to have a STROKE!
Always remember:
1. Before/after exercise, drink 1 glass of water.
2. Before/after eating, drink 1 glass of water.
3.Before going to bed, drink 1/2 glass of lukewarm water.
4. When you wake up, drink 1 glass of lukewarm water.
Don’t forget:
STROKE is no longer just a disease of the elderly, YOUNG PEOPLE can be at risk. DRINKING ENOUGH WATER is a simple way to prevent it
