Minister of Education to Introduce New SHS Courses to Boost the Buoyancy of Education in the country.
The Ghanaian renounced Minister of Education has responsibly liberated on the quality system of education in the country. Per his notable observation, it is prudent that, career oriented courses are inculcated to our educational framework.
He said, this will go a long way to produce innovative, creative and goal oriented personalities in the country. This will in turns foster sustainable development.
Dr. Adutwum emphatically explained that, Plans are highly advanced for new Senior High School courses to be superimposed with the already existing ones.
During stakeholders meeting, he verbatimly stated that, the educational reforms will ensure the study of course like: computer science, manufacturing, biomedical sciences, creative arts, global studies, environmental science and aerospace engineering.

The minister lamented on the fact that, the Ministry has established the National Education Institute to handle courses in School leadership and management to add value to teachers for the enhancement of teaching and learning.
This ideology popped out after the NTC revealed its findings that, over 94.5 percent of heads in our schools lack leadership and management training.
Another non fiction in the field of education is, The Ministers’ preparedness to host a 5th edition of the national education week from Monday, 10th to Friday, 14 October, 2022. The program is meant to reorganize the educational system.

He added that, Curriculum Writing Group has already been instituted on the new SHS courses yet to be introduced. Government had sketched partnership guidelines between SHS in Ghana and that of other outside countries, he added.
