Sincerely speaking, tutors who had their Diploma in Basic Education or Senior Superintendent (II) in 2014 were obliged to upgrade to Principal Superintendent in 2020
Teachers who obtained their Diploma certificates in 2015 were qualified to upgrade in 2021 and so on.
Those who obtained their Diploma certificates in 2018 need to wait patiently for 2024 before they can apply for or upgrading.
To those who were to be upgraded last year but couldn’t can still do so this year.
