The Deputy minister for Technical Vocational Education and Training, Gifty Twum Ampofo has made a very sacastic statement which marvels almost everyone.

According to madam Gifty, the sinking down of mother Ghana has to do with the overall teaching body across the country.
No one knows where she had her findings from or research. Madam Gifty Twum Ampofo who doubles as a minister and a member of Parliament said, for the economy of a country to be stabilized, it largely depends on the country’s gross tertiary Consumers enrollment ratio.

She said it seems much emphasis is not put on the gross tertiary enrollment. This she believed is the cause of all the hardship ringing in our ears. Indeed most people did not like her statement but she kept on emphasizing that, that is the course of the hardship.

She believed that with deligent measures to better this area we will overcome the the mess and banter we are faced with.
