Ghana Education Service threatened to block some WASSCE Results
GES in its press released endorsed by Prof. Kwasi Opoku Amankwa dated 23th September 2022 emphasized over the blockage of some WASSCE results. GES threatened to block WASSCE results of some recalcitrant students taking things for granted by taking advantage of the privilege given to them by government of Ghana.
Ghana Education Service Threatened to block WASSCE results of recalcitrant students this year. As a matter of augency, any student who sounds victimized should show a sign of surrender before being penalized.
GES threatened to block WASSCE results of students who failed to submit their ‘WASSCE Revision Pack given to them by government of Ghana. This book consist of previous past questions and answers in the core subjects namely, Science, maths, English and Social Studies.

As part of measures to improve on learning outcomes, Management of Ghana Education Service supplied learning support materials: core text books to all students and WASSCE Revision Pack to final year students of all second cycle schools in the country.

All regional Directors are kindly reminded to communicate to the Heads of Schools that, school textbooks, learning materials and all other properties which were supplied to students for smooth academic work should be returned for use by other continuing students.
Any property destroyed in the course of their stay in school must be valued and students involved surcharged with the full cost of the property.
Heads of Schools must ensure that, final year students return all school properties before they leave the school. Failure to returned any loaned property of the school will result in blockage of student’s results. Heads are therefore entreated to submit the list of faulting students to the Director, schools and instructions Division, GES Headquarters
Regional Directors are kindly requested to communicate this information to the Heads of Second Cycle Schools to act accordingly.
