The good news is that Controller and Accountant General Department (CAGD) has activated the Electronic Salary Validation Portal for the month of April.
This took place yesterday and per findings from concrete and reliable sources, all promised arrears were paid sharp without any hindrance.
As the portal for the month was activated just as what usually happens periodically less did we know that new teachers who just went for their biometric registrations were fully paid with arrears inculcated into it.
As we continue to liberate we gathered that the Network of the database of the CAGD spells out that newly employed teachers who went for biometrics data coverage last month were fully paid with all arrears.
One could remember that around December to January there about something mysterious happened at Controller and Accountant General Department. The vivid fact is that, teachers who were upgraded had all their arrears reflected in the validation portal but the actual disbursement was not made.
According to CAGD their system was problematic hence they could not honour the payment of the arrears. They then promised wholeheartedly to honour the payment of those arrears. Luckily enough, all those arrears have reflected in the April validation,which means more cash is coming to teachers
