Kumasi Technical & Vocational School Sacked Over 700 Students.

The recent news vehemently recorded by both city news and Ghana web has is that, a very chaotic situation has occured in Kumasi Technical institute that calls for immediate intervention.

 

 

Around 17th May this year, a good number  of recalcitrant students deliberated destroyed school properties massively. Even though, The cause of their action was kept secretively by the school, management of the school is strongly  against such uncultured attitude.

 

 

 

Just Yesterday, Friday, 26th May 2023 the headmaster of the school authorized for the call of  emergency assembly. During this important gathering, noticeably to the headmaster, majority of the students did not honour the invitation. This forced the headmaster and his counterparts to take unannounced roll call. Afterwards, it was pinpointed that over seven hundred students were absent from the gathering even though they are boarders.

 

The staff together with the headmaster seriously  roared at these culprits asking them to go home and come with their parents so that if possible they could sign a bond of good behaviour to serve as warrant sign and detergent to the rest of the students.

 

People started grumbling and mummering over the issue why because some final year students were included in this trap. The believe was that these students have limited time to prepare for their external exams and that a punishment of such nature may significantly narrow their chances of successful performance.
